Objective 1
Demonstrate the ability to create and document technology strategies and product development plans.
In Entrepreneurship to Market class, we focused on methods of developing a production or service model for implementation. Our assignment was to explain the process we will follow to create the model, explain the vendors, partners, etc that we will use during the process, and create a timeline goal of completing the production or strategy model.

In Project Management class, we focused on converting an apartment complex to be apocalypse proof. Our assignment was to create a WBS (Work Breakdown Structure) with 3 levels and a total of 30 items. Each item had to include an estimate of cost with an explanation.

In Project Management class, we focused on identifying an audacious goal to complete within 5 years. Our assignment was to use our project management skills to create a OPPM (One Page Project Manager) in order to accomplish our goal in the next 5 years.

In Entrepreneurship to Market class, we focused on the detail of our process and strategy for launching the product/service into the market space. Our assignment was to display your plan for launching in detail from start to finish and explain how the marketing plan, competitive analysis and customer base was factored in.

In Leading Teams and Tech class, we were given three different scenarios. Our assignment consisted of detailing what our approach would be, with the given resources, with different teams of specialize workers in order to achieve a successful approach to a product. We had to demonstrate our ability to apply the strategies learned to different groups we would have to prove our leadership.

In Project Management class, we focused on project closeout plans to finalize the end of our project. Our assignment was include the six key closeout steps which are to explain the completion, documentation, project systems closure, project reviews, disband the project team, and stakeholder satisfaction.

In Entrepreneurship to Market class, we focused on potential legal issues and protections needed when launching a product/service to sustain a business. Our assignment was to explain the potential issues that could come up, how you would prepare for them, the business practices you would follow to keep legal issues minimal, and how would you patent protect to secure your products/service business.

In Strategic Accounting class, we focused on proper costing for production of what we are creating and who would be our customer demographic to go after. Our assignment was to answer/display these areas: How much would it cost to manufacture this product? (office space/warehouse/ factory rental, utility costs, product costs, labor, and advertising) & How much would you sell this for? (what you expect your profits to be? and who are you target consumers?)

In Strategic Accounting class, we focused on costing and budgetary controls. Our assignment was to display our budget, income statement, balance sheet, and statement of cash flow in an excel spreadsheet.

In Entrepreneurship to Market class, we focused on refining and finalizing a new idea for a product or service that you will put into production. Our assignment was to define the function or use of your new tech or service, explain the process you took to find the concept, display your research that your product or service is not already in use, and explain how your product or service will affect the technology world.

In Marketing Environments class, we focused on choosing a brand to create marketing on. Our assignment was to create a presentation that shares what our company is, how you are addressing their needs with your marketing plan, and important advertising highlights for your brand.

Demonstrate competency in leading technology teams.
In Leading Knowledge Workers class, we focused on understanding that leading these knowledge employees is a bit different then with a traditional workforce. Our assignment was to work through a plan of leadership action through 3 different types of knowledge worker industries (Game, Finance, and Manufacturing).

In Thinking Strategies class, we focused on creating every concept of a video game with a set team. Our assignment was to create a custom game controller design and use the provided Arduino to program the controller to the game.

In Thinking Strategies class, we focused on record and edit a unique game trailer for our game in a team setting environment. Our assignment was to provide an edited trailer with an overview of the game story, show actual storyboard, talk about choice of actors, how we made each camera angles, movement and sound effects, & talk about the editing software used.

NETWORK ENGINEERING
OBJECTIVE 1
Translate physical and organizational needs into network design(s) that encompass logic and infrastructure.
Our final for the class consisted of us creating a configuration guide with the information given. It required for us to be able to write each step clearly enough for the average consumer to be able to follow through easily.
At the beginning of class, we had to create a OSI flowchart of what a network diagram should consist of. In order to be able to create the network diagrams with the correct components and connections.

Through the class our tasks were to create a network diagram with the given amount of clients and equipment the company already had. Each diagram is different as they all contain different network equipments and features.

OBJECtive 2
Implement, support, and evaluate routed and switched IP wired and wireless network infrastructure that reflects networking concepts and industry best practices.
Our class final consisted of us presenting a proposal of configuring a Windows server for a company. We had to describe the reasoning of out process and selections.

One of our assignments consisted of configuring the Windows Server of the company. We had to add the GPOs into the company to manage what each department could access.

Through the class our tasks were to create a network diagram with the given amount of clients and equipment the company already had. Each diagram is different as they all contain different network equipments and features.
In class our assignment was to add a NIC team within the network. We had to create and add the assigned teams into the company network automatically.

In class we had to install the Active Directory (AD) within each computer in the company without having to go to each one of them physically.
